Remarks :
College is good for only Compter/IT courses. Other courses are not quite good. In other cources quality of education is good but placement for job and internship is not well. However, you will get a best quality of education in all fields, that's for sure.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum of college was very good. All the subject and concepts related to computer has been covered in all 8 semesters course. In last 4 semester they included some subjects for emerging technologies also. There were 8 semester and all semesters having 2 exams, mid sem and final exam.
Placement Experience :
Eventually, you will not get the chance for the internship but I'm sure that if you have enough knowledge then surely you will be employed by some good firms in your last semester of course. However, you can try for internship also, as there are lots of IT companies near by the college.
College Events :
Countless events. College is having one mail technical festival named Xenisis on every year and some cultural fests also. Moreover, professors are organizing Hackathons on certain intervals where you will get a chance to compare yourself with other students.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
When I was studying, fess were little bit feasible around 82k per year. But, right now fees are too expensive more than 110k. You will have to pay the fees before the starting of each semester. In my case it was 41k per semester, and I had to pay it before starting of each semester. You can pay fees via cash, check or online portal.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
University always encourage the students. There are lots of scholarships and fee waivers available. If you secure 1st position in your department for one year, 2 semesters, then you will get a price of 1 semester fees. Apart from thsi if you have some unique concept for startup then university will provide you some funds if they found your idea interesting.
Campus Life :
There are opportunities to get yourself involved in some spots competition. Some competition are being organized on yearly basis. Which includes cricket, tt, chess and all other games. Moreover, there are some workshops also in which you can participate and sharpen your skills.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is very good. I mean cost is very less and according to cost facilities are also good. There are 4 blocks(buildings) and in each block there are around 80 rooms and mostly all rooms are with sharing of 4 students.
Alumni/Alumna :
In every anual function, event organizers inviting alumni of college. Seniors are quite helpful and they recommend certain students also in their companies where they work. They motivate some students also.
Admission :
I was already little bit fascinated about the computers and other technologies, when I was in my 12th standard. After that I applied in ACPC to get admission in best college. According to my profile I got admission in LDRP-ITR for computer engineering course.
Faculty :
The faculties of college were very helpful and proficient as well. They always guided us for what to choose and what not, like python or java. I can say, faculties were not focusing on only subject related things they were also helping us with some industrial knowledge.
