Remarks :

Best college for placements. Very beautiful atmosphere with beautiful and peaceful environment. It has very good infrastructure. Only one negitive point is there it is far from city. Except that remaining all are too good

Course Curriculum Overview :

Semester wise exams are held in Intermediate which is called as pre university course and in B. Tech also. Every semester will have 3 monthly test (each 15 marks) top 2 monthly test marks are taken. Assiganments also there which contains 10 marks. you need to get atleast 16 marks out of this 40 marks. In Semester exam you need to get atleast 24 out of 60 to pass.

Placement Experience :

No there is no internships are provided in our college. we nned to choose other institutes or companies for our internships. Placements also good mainly for CSE, ECE, Civil students. For remaining departments Mechanical, metallurgical and chemical also can get jobs in software field. To get job in there core companies it may little difficult

College Events :

Traditional day, Sports day, Technical fest is conducted. For Sports day celebrations from 2 months all the students are busy in there interested games. Branded material also given in university. For the technical fest lot of innovative working models and presentations also going to present

Fee Structure And Facilities :

There is no fee in the university but very few management seats also there they need to pay 40000 per year. If any student parents are government employees they also should pay 40000(Actually 36000 in first 2 years for remaining 4 years 40000 per year)

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is no scholarship for students fee reimbursement is there. I think there is no other facilities for scholarships and loan facilities which is offered by college. Above mentioned fee is included with acadamics and hostel also

Campus Life :

Gender ratio girls:boys is 11:9. Student alumni and for cultural events some clubs also formed for easy communication when programs are conducted. A wonderful lab equipments also available there. Sports also conducted in every acadamic year.

Hostel Facilities :

Lot of hostel rooms are there. Very good infrastructure. There are three blocks for boys and three blocks for girls. For first year students for each room 15 students. For remaining year students 4 or 2 members in a room.

External Expense : Rs. 2000 - Rs. 4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Zero raging in this university. There is no seniority in seniors there are very friendly with juniors. Now only there student alumni is formed which have lot of benefits. Seniors are too helpful in workings models and presentations and major project.

Admission :

Based on S. S. C. exam merit list. If your are from government school you will get an admission by getting GPA more than 9. 5 or 9. 7 but if you are from private school you definitely need to to get 10 GPA. caste reservations also there.

Faculty :

All faculty are from IIT they are very knowledgeable persons. Friendly nature and they have more practical knowledge also. Very helpful in doing internships and major project by giving there suggestions

A small glimpse on my SNIST
