Remarks :

The Lj institute of engineering and technology is a seriously very good college but it is totally on the basis of theoretical knowledge. The lab sessions are not so considerable but technical visits are conducted almost once in a semester.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The LJ institute of engineering and technology takes 2 mid-term exams during each semester and then the end semester exam is conducted by Gujarat Technological University. The average of midterm 1 & 2 are taken, so you have to maintain a certain marking in both of the midterm examinations.

Class Size : 250Course Fees : INR 84000 per year

Placement Experience :

This year the placement graph is very law and the packages are very law but it is throughout the civil engineering field. However, in a computer, IT branches a number of students got placed for various companies.

College Events :

There is a number of events conducted in LJ institute of engineering and technology. There is almost one event per week but they are not the engineering department events. The major events from engineering departments are LUMINA and NOTION. Lumina is a cultural event and Notion is a tech-fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees of the LJ institute of engineering and technology is generally 83000-85000 (annual) on this year in which you have to pay the fees at the starting of each semester. However there are chances of conversion of the college as a Private University so the fees can be very highly affected according to that.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Lj institute of engineering and technology doesn't give any kind of scholarship or any education loan but still you can go for the MYSY scheme by fulfilling the respective criterias.

Campus Life :

The campus life of LJ institute of engineering and technology is just fantastic. You see each and every student well settled condition and nice crowd. The canteen is also nice and provides a considerable seating for enjoy with friends and having a good meal. Also there are 3 bug gardens with basketball field, cricket pitch, open stage, etc.

Alumni/Alumna :

You don't have to interact with senior students if you don't like to or you don't want to make certain connections. All your knowledge about your subjects as well as college system will be tackled by your facility and mentor.

Admission :

The admission process is quite simple. After completing the diploma, the admissions for bachelors is started with online registration on the ACPC site and the pin distribution from the respective banks. Then you have to fill the choices and according to the merit, you get selected for ascending order.

Faculty :

For the bachelors of civil engineering, there are 4 lectures per day as per the 5 days of week. The faculties are very very nice but the course completion in time limits the practical knowledge and interaction of students with real field. Also the LJ provides you the extra lectures, doubt solving lectures in case you missed any important lecture.

From 8 semester students are eligible for campus placements. Well-known chemical industries like JB chemicals, Sun Pharma, Ami polymers, Jubilant, Aditya Birla etc. The highest package was about 4.5 lakh for chemical engineering was offered. About 97 percent of students got placed.

SVIT Vasad is one of the most famous colleges located near Vadodara city. Famous for it's placements amd academic records. The college campus is just 05 mins away from Vasad bus depot.
