Remarks :
Positive remark as for me. LBRCE has vast area which can they develop for more future advancements , and faculties are too good and there are some rules which make some set of students feel unfree like we don't have an option to leave college in college hours we need permissions from HODs. It's quite restrictive because we are in graduation not in higher secondary everybody student should have their own will(not compulsorily) its ok.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It's 4 year course for B.Tech with 8 semester examinations. Yearly 2 Semesters. Each Semester have 2 Mid Examinations and Practicals with internals and externals. Each subject is considered for 100marks = 20 from both* mid exam + 5 for assignment +75 from Semester exam. (* the highest in respective mid is considered for 75% and other mid as 25% for ex: if I scored 20 in mid-1 and 10 in mid-2 then 75% of mid-1(15) is selected and 25%of mid-2(2.5) total mid scote 17.5 ).
College Events :
Lakshya is most wonderful technical and cultural fest organised in our campus.Every year, college Fest is conducted for 1day. In that fest, cultural activities will be conducted. Apart from it we have Annual Day every year , Fresher's to welcome Fresher's every year organised by respective branch. Branch Fests , Teacher's day.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
I can't say it's too expensive for a middle class family its okay. For B.Tech it's around Rs 78,800 per year.If you apply for reimbursement you will get total fee paid or Rs 35,000 from government. Fee is as per norms of Govt. of A.P. Based on the recommendation of A.P.A.F.R.C, govt of A.P fixes the fee.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is a Reimbursement for All students who are from Reserved /Economically backward sections with yearly income less than 1lakh will get full or partial Reimbursement off fee paid. Loan facility is also available for all students who want to apply from all major banks in india.
Campus Life :
Labs are mandatory as we have practicals examinations in each semester , there are communication , electronics, computers , chemistry ,physics laboratory etc. Sports both indoor and outdoor stadiums are available (so all sports are allowed) There is a Gymnasium too. NCC & NSS , NCC for girls only , NSS For both.
Hostel Facilities :
It's upto student for me i think Rs55,000 is very huge amount if you stay outside (in room with friends or other student managed hostel it will be cost efficient). The Hostels are good with good wardens and security all the guys are friendly including mess incharges and the people working there. If you are on budget go for Renting room with friends.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes. Alumini board is quite helpful for student pursuing to give their insight in present day job fields and their interview experience , Job experiences give the students to better their views and work hard to achieve their goals.
Admission :
Through EAMCET ( EAMCET is an Andhra Pradesh government based entrance test to join Engineering stream) , After Qualifying you have to select required college ,stream from vast no.of engineering colleges. If you got a seat in college , you have to attend counciling and alloted seat will be verified and finalised. Then Enter college goto respective Branch and hand over your Transfer Certificate , Certificates.My college code for EAMCET is LBCE.
Faculty :
Many of faculties completed ph.D's. they teach very well and have good communication and interaction with students and vice-versa.Each Faculty has a minimum degree of M.Tech and highest degree of Ph.Ds in respective streams.
