Remarks :

Our college is a good place to learn. It is accredited with NBA and thus has credit replacement options which is very useful during placement in the final year. There must be more extra curricular and cultural devolopment though

Course Curriculum Overview :

It's an autonomous curriculum under anna university and has its own syllabus and exam structure. Corrections are done by the own staffs. To get high marks you have to write a lot and must be great in developing answers

Placement Experience :

Our college does not provide with any internships but many symposiums and other inter college activities and events are conducted throughout the academic year both by the students and the Management. There are no internships with stipends.

College Events :

Our college conducts symposiums for intra college and inter colleges. Our intra college symposiums are department exclusively inside a department and are exclusive for the students of the particular department. For example our CSE department has an Sitware and has its own events. Also inter college events and workshops are conducted where other college students are invited

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure in very feasible. It's around 60 thousand for the tution fees if you join through the Anna University counselling. If you join directly through college, it's around 85 thousand. College bus fees per annum is like 25k to 35k which is a bit expensive. Though considering around a 40 km distance from madurai city, it's considerable

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college has many scholarships for first graduate students. The student can get a Bonafide certificate and get a educational loan by applying seperately from any preffered bank. Also a few scholorships for counselling student are available.

Campus Life :

Yes. Sports and extra curricular activities are well encouraged. Though there were no college wide culturals for the past 3 years, there are other cultaral events among a few small associations. English toastmaster club and Football team has a widespread name for our college.

Alumni/Alumna :

The college maintains a association and college group for the alumni students. There are also seperate groups maintained by the senior and old students which help us in informations, materials and placement oppurtunities.

Admission :

Applied for the Anna University counselling and attended it. Got this college for my cut off of 160. Joined the college on a given date after a few days. The process took a whole day and the selection for the department was optional though there was a lot of recommendation on joining the mechanical course

Faculty :

Not so bad. But they must really filtered for eligibilty. A lot of staffs are useless and yet given high posts.there is a talk that all the staffs are getting paid late. But everyone is mostly friendly

Great College to Lean Good Engineering Knowledge

Placement Experience:

From the Final year last semester, the students are eligible for campus placement. For mechanical there are a lot of core companies that come for placements. Also, even IT Companies take some of our mechanical students. The percentage of the students who get placed is 90% on average. Some of the core companies are LPT(Lakshmi Precision Tools), SAEW, NVH, PDS, S.S.FASTENERS, RENAULT NISSAN MITSUBISHI. The highest salary package offered is 5 lakhs per annum and on average is 3 lakhs per annum.

Dream to achieve big

Placement Experience:

From semester 6, they will provide campus placement offers. It depends on the students. Many companies will be visiting the college every year. Infosys, IBM, tata, reliance, and many more top companies will be visiting. We may get enormous offers from companies. The highest package is 12laks and average package is 2laks. Nearly every single student will be placed, except some slow learners and who are not mentally prepared one's. My plans after my degree are to get a deserved job and should be profitable.
