Remarks :

Positive is there well known. Have good infrastructure, faculties are very much excellent. Departments are very good. College allows us to participates in many events and motivates us the only negative is that it has been very much inside

Course Curriculum Overview :

Interesting course, one year has 2 semesters totally we have 4 years and 8 semesters in first year all the departments have common subjects from second semesters we all have different subjects according to their respective departments exam will be conducted by the university guidelines

Placement Experience :

Placements and job opportunities are very good, they provide internships once a semester has been completed they provide internship programs, every department students gets these oppurtunities they refer us a industry or a company to attend a internships, industrial visits also provided in our college which will be in different core industries

College Events :

Main event conducted is symphosium, a national level technical symphosium will be conducted every year in which students of various colleges can be participated they get prizes and certificates internal paper presentations also takes place, every festival will be celebrated every year

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees is feasible, In our college there is no bus fees but in case we get arrear or backlogs in subjects we have to pay the bus fees according to the semesters merit scholarship and all the scholarships are available

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is loan facilites in wgich we can take loan from any of the banks, all tyoes of scholarship are available for example bus scholarship merit scholarship and all other caste scholarships they are well and good

Campus Life :

There are very neat labs in which faculties teach in extraordinary manner, sports day is held every year various sports and meny sports has beem won in many colleges extracurricular activities are many

Hostel Facilities :

I have not been in hostel but my friemds stay in hostel the rooms are good with good infrastructure there is no ac facility only fan is available water facilities are available and canteen food also goes good

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

They are very nice they help for our study purposes they have placed in very much known industries in their core industry having good salary package, they help us in every way, they treat as their sibilings and helps us and motivates us

Admission :

By counselling process held at anna university, applied for engineering course in anna university then got a call letter from the university and then visited to university there counselling was held in which we should have to choose a college

Faculty :

The faculty of our college are very good, they teach us very friendly manner, we can ask doubts whenever we need they clear the doubts once it has been asked they encourage us and motivates us and gives courage to our future

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
