Remarks :

My college has more than a decade of experience in providing quality education to the students like me, it offers the best state of art facilities to all its students thus making it one of the top colleges in Southern India.

Placement Experience :

There is a separate placement cell in my college who takes the responsibility of arranging placements for the students. Besides there are many Workshops and seminars that are arranged for the students like me inside the college.

Hostel Facilities :

Santhiram Medical College provides hostel accommodation to the students; Sri Sai Swagruha hostel is for boys and girls. The hostels are student-managed hostels with residential buildings constructed within the campus. The Hostel Buildings have all the facilities for the students so that they can get a homely atmosphere.

Alumni/Alumna :

My college takes harsh action against the ones who get involved in any kind of ragging. Proper counselling is offered to all the seniors so that they can become friendly with the students and offer their extended help in the best possible way.

Admission :

I am doing MBBS from the college and to get admission here, you must qualify NEET with at least 50% of marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Only those students who have cleared the exam are eligible for admission into MBBS

Guide for journey of MBBS

Course Curriculum Overview:

The guntur medical College is 2nd top medical College in Andhra Pradesh. The infrastructure is also good. I am a person who loves the rock structures and this college preserved the college blocks built by the british. It is nearer to my house. The college is very near to railways station and bustation. That's why I chose this college. The curriculum has integrated classes for certain topics which makes it easy for us to understand anatomy, physiology, biochemical aspects and pathology same time. They also made us visit wards in 1st year to see patients and interact with them. We visited hospital wards for anemia complications during pregnancy, jaundice and varicose veins topics as they are more common in india. We also has family adoption programme where each medico should adopt 5 families and interact with them. The psm dept leads us.We have to visit them 4 times and record the family members information.The exams are conducted after completion of every unit which helps to read topics

Remarks:

This is really a cool place to live and stay. We don't have much to roam around and everything goes well unless the tables turn. Nice initiative in this rural and remote part of the state. The hospital here is good and allows the health schemes under cover the 3 states near by. Okay anyways.

One of the best colleges

Remarks:

It ths the best faculty. The infrastructure is little poor for 200 students to fit in. The stipend is low compared to the works interns perform. There is no transport facility so we have to use our own vehicle.
