My college experience

Remarks :

No negative remarks as such but with every good person there is something bad. There are some people trying to spoil the college name but they would never succeed as good things always last. Overall a great college with an amazing canteen.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The courses are really good, but the exam structure is a big hectic as we have to appear for everything all together with no gaps between the papers. So the only thing to be improved is the exam structure.

Placement Experience :

The placements and job opportunities are really good with some top notch companies coming in for interviews. Also the teachers are really helpful and would do each and everything so you do not lose the opportunity. The stipend depends from person to person and roles to roles.

College Events :

We have several fests, sports games. Our college was full of fun. We have a big fest which is the Tsunami then an IT fest carried out by IT students TECHNOTRONICS. Various fests are also carried out by MBA students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is very feasible as the fee for all the courses depends. Also we have scholarships every year so people scoring good marks can opt for that. Overall a college which suppression education more than money

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

So as i was in IT we had girls scholarship, top 3 scoring girls would get a cash prize which could be used to pay the fee for the next year. Also loan facility i have never heard about it because never asked for it, but i hope my college has one.

Campus Life :

Our extra curricular activities were really good. We had gym in our college also various sports carried out. Labs were extremely good and comfortable with ACs so no student is distracted with the heat

Alumni/Alumna :

The senior students are really helpful there is no ragging or any kind of troubleness done to the juniors. All are friendly and helpful. Also they are very good with the fest and will make sure you learn everything before they leave.

Admission :

I got it on merit bases. Its a simple procedure, every year forms come up for every field i was in BSC IT, all i did was fill up the form with all the necessary documents. Later 3 lists are been put up depending on your percentage you get selected. Cut off is not predicted, it can be less or more depends from year to year.

Faculty :

Good teachers with amazing skills. Also polite as well as friendly. They are ready to teach you everything if you ready to learn. Also they can explain you the same thing 100 times as I'm experienced.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Aspects like certificate language course and the proffesional communication skills are one of the highlights. The curriculum prepares you really well it just need the right faculty to be useful and be of better understanding for the students. There is an extra subject like minor or constitution and public policy which really is just a waste of time for studies. And more fun teaching methods can be adopted rather than always sticking to the textbook. frequency of the exams is one exam of 20 marks in the middle of the semester and one at the end of the semester for 60 marks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teaching method is not so good and also not so bad. I think the papers should be quite easy for the students like me who had some back papers as because the subjects don't clear sometimes because of internals like 6 out of 10 so this need to be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very clear with my thoughts before taking admission in this course ...like i was thinking about to prepare for a govt competititve examinations but this course has no use in real life yes it is helpful if you are preparing for IIT(JAM) like exams so the structure of the syllabus of Bsc should be very connected to real life and also connect should govt exams

Placement Experience:

A placement cell is present. I am not sure about the placement rates for my course but many companies of high-end value are associated with our college which speaks volumes about the standards. I hope to get placed as an intern with a stipend but my main aim is to start with my master's after graduating

Placement Experience:

Placements opportunity comes in plenty options here every student get a chance to join their loved/known company's and nearly 90% are placed also in those companies. Very few students remain unplaced and other students have their own family businesses so they decide to do that further in their life. So, there is no tension of remaining unemployed here. Companies like Tata, Infosys, Wipro, L&T, Philips, Cognizant and more come here to recruit students at the completion of this 3 years course. This companies offers a average packages during recruitments and they were like 2 - 3.5 LPA. And the highest package which was offered by philips was 7 - 8 LPA. In my batch only 2 students get lucky to get placed in Philips Company. And other students were placed in average packages which was 3 - 4.5 LPA. My plan after getting the degree was to be placed in product based companies like tcs or cognizant. And I did my best to get a job in tcs and I got the job from college. My package was 4 - 5 LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yes … I completed by Bsc in Mathematics from vartak college. I thought that exams gonna be super easy… but just reverse happened in all the semesters. Anyway I completed my graduation with 86%Marks… Unlike other universities, MU syllabus is too vast and their materials are of heavy standard. I Know many SERVICE aspirants got a huge collection of MU materials for their preparations.MU certificates got high value and they are good in designing a perfect curriculum. They provide results within a specified time period. And your mark list and certificates gonna reach your home on time…And I heard many comments like MU certificates are not valid for jobs. It is not like that. You can write Every government job exams, psu, bank job exams with MU degree certificate. But a few private firm accepts only regular degree just because of the fact that they need people who are good in working in a team ( that quality can be developed only through a regular college courses) .
