Remarks :

Boys and girls hostel is separated. Hostel free 11,000 per month. Wifi available. Food only Indian food available ?60 per meal. Classes timing 9:30-5:20 Projects and assignment contains marks. All teachers are Ph.D. qualified, and very friendly behavior.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is very good and for B.Pharm course curriculum is affiliated to PCI (Pharmacy Council of India). The college follows the UGC procedure and the exams that are conducted are midterm examination and an end term examination, both twice a year. Class test, quizzes, assignment and overall performance also being followed up.

Placement Experience :

Placements and Job Opportunities are very good in Adamas university. For School of Pharmaceutical technology we have connected with leading pharmaceutical companies of India like Sun pharma, Alkem, cipla, Alembik and many other pharmaceutical companies. Yes Adamas university provides internship and I did internship with Cipla company in Sikkim.

College Events :

Adamas university has celebrated many events seminars, and conferences in university like International conference on current trends in higher education (ICCTHE). Every year an orientation program is organized for new students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees structure of adamas university is feasible. Neither too expensive nor too cheap. For B.Pharm degree, the course fee is around INR 1,40,000 per annum. B.Tech degree has a course fee of INR 122,700/- per annum. Adamas University offers the MBA course at a fee structure of INR 2,50,000 per year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarships are available for meritorious students and yet depends upon the percentage scored during the board examination. Scholarship Details are as following : Merit Scholarship Ruplekha Nandi Memorial Scholarship Amal Kumar Bandhopadhay Scholarship Kalyani Sarkar Scholarship Kamala Bala Paul Memorial Scholarship Sarala Ghosh Memorial Scholarship. Loan facility is available from Axis Bank and it can be easily availed.

Campus Life :

Different types of extracurricular activities are held in the university like singing, dancing, painting and many more. Different types of sports are played in the university like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, tennis and each sport has different grounds. Indoor sports are also played like carrom, chess, table tennis and many more. This university has a centre of yoga and physical education, gymnasium and wellness suite.

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumnus and the senior students of adamas university are very helpful towards the juniors. Adamas University Alumni Relations are developed and kept alive through a robust program of benefits, services and meaningful engagement opportunities that allow alumni to support Adamas University in a variety of ways.

Admission :

I got admission in Adamas university by giving exam of WBJEE. The admission to all UG and PG programs is granted on the basis of the score in Adamas University Admission Test (AUAT) followed by evaluation of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Faculty :

The Faculty members of the adamas university are well qualified and knowledgeable. In School of pharmaceutical technology many of the faculty members have completed their PhD. Some of them are pursuing their M.Pharm degree.

After getting degrees I do a JOB because our placement is very good.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students are eligible for getting placements, and they get their placements. Most of the students appearing for job interviews get jobs, and others opt for going for further studies. The average salary package offered varies from 3 LPA to 5 LPA on the primary level. But after getting the promotion you can earn high depending on the knowledge and hard work and determination. Several companies visit this college like Cipla, Sun Pharma, Micro labs, others, etc. College also provides campus placements. You will be satisfied with this college.

A genuine review of my college as a current student

Remarks:

There is a lot of scope for improvement, especially where laboratory equipment and materials are concerned. The college also needs to provide better guidance to GPAT aspirants hoping to pursue an M.Pharm. There should also be more opportunities for internships and training, as well as campus placements. Social media and online presence could be more on par with current trends.

Admission:

To get the admission in the college you have to crack WBJEE or JEE main exam. The u have to council. Then by the seat or merit rank you will get admission in this college. You have to pay for around 70 thousands for admission only.

Placement Experience:

Look if u taking this vital step of your life for job or placement then you will take a big wrong decision by taking admission in this college. Because from 2017 placement is extremely poor. Company aren't coming this year also.

Remarks:

Our infrastructure is very good with big labs, smart and digital classes. We have highly qualified teachers who are very caring. We have lot of chemicals for conducting our experiments. We have lot of festivals like saraswati puja celebrated in college. But we have a negetive point that our college don't provide scholarship to talented students.

Entrance Preview:

There are seats based on WBJEE as well as JEE (Main). I got admitted with my WBJEE rank. Frankly I opted for the course not the college due to an inclination towards chemistry based subjects. The college was within 5km of my residence so that helped.

Placement Experience:

Placements are mostly given in marketing sector. So if you have no issues in working as a marketing executive you'll be happy. Jobs in production are less and also packages are lower. recently there has been development in placements in Pharmacological sectors.
