Remarks :

Overall it is a very good college situated near dumna nature park, very close to nature, pollution free campus, a healthy environment of study available here with many extracurricular activities like sports, singing, dancing, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is quite good further there is some need of improvement regarding mechanical engineering courses. Exam structure is very fine. Mainly there are three types of exams - mid sem, end sem & 2 time quizes.

Placement Experience :

Here only available placements & job opportunities are for computer science students. IT comanies come in search of good talent here. Many good companies like samsung, oracle, BRAHMOS come here to hire students. Now college doesn't provide any internship.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are many opportunities to get scholarship. One of the good scholarship is MCM - merit cum means scholarship. There are some criteria for this scholarship - 1. Fathers income shuold be less than 2.5 lac rupees. 2. Given to top 25 percent eligible students of a batch.

Campus Life :

For the extracurricular activities point of view this is the best place. It is situated near a nature park. College has a large amount of land around 300 acres. There is a sports activity center ( SAC). For outdoor games separate grounds are here for different-2 games like cricket, football etc.

Alumni/Alumna :

There is a good network of alumni. Some alumni placed outside india also. They support different-2 activities in the college time to time. Here a gool and healthy relationship between seniors and juniors. Seniors are always ready to help their juniors.

Admission :

First I prepared for one year for jee mains exam 2014. After I got a good rank around 28000. After that through counselling process I got admission in the college. The admission process in steps - Prepare for jee mains exam, After the result fill the counselling form, Got the College, report at nearby counselling center, Final reporting at college.

Faculty :

Mostly faculties are very disciplined and hardworking. They always help good students to get good knowledge. There are residency for faculties in college campus. There are good faculties for mechanical discipline.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year onwards. The companies visited till now are ConsultAdd, Decode, Gammastak, Daffodil, TCS Digital, And next is Capgemini and Wipro. The highest package till now is 20 Lpa. And the average is 4. But many of my colleges till now are been placed in TCS Digital with a package of 7.5. 95% of the students from CS, IT are placed every year. By joining the company in which I got placed or if scored good marks in gate then I will continue with my further studies by doing Mtech.

LNCT GROUP OF COLLEGES is one the best college in MP as compare to other private colleges it is affiliated with RGPV . In this college fee is much less than other colleges, in less amount we can gain much more , teachers are amazing good infrastructure and one of the most important thing good placement as compare to other colleges of MP.

Experience Technology at OIST.

Remarks:

I had a little trouble in my first year when I had to stand in a long line to submit my fees. From 2nd year (2013) onward, the only mode of depositing fees is now restricted to online fee payment which saves a lot of time and brings up more transparency.
