Remarks :
My college is not that much great college. Initially it was good but nowadays it become business centre its not college for learning engineering. Atmosphere is quite ok they plant some tree in and around college campus.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum was ok but we need update for upcoming years. And exam structure also need improve for future. Because this type exam structure is only make engineering student as jobless unemployment.
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities were very poor. They conduct only one interview for whole college. In that interview no one will hire us they said come to Chennai come to Trichy for last round but no one is placed on that company.
College Events :
We celebrate sports and cultural events every year. I participated in last 2yrs in final year our mechanical department own overall trophy i won 1st price in badminton game. Cultural events were celebrating after sport events.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
I selected in merit quota so that my fee structure is feasible but for management quota students suffer lots because they need donation for admission and then twice amount of fee collect for management students. In my college hostel fee also high.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Scholarship were given to merit selected students around 2000 they gave every year for those who were eligible for that scholarship. We have to submit id proof pan proof bank account details to approve the scholarship from the government.
Campus Life :
Yes in our college we had labs which were partially working conditions faculty most of the time the didn't use any of the equipment in labs. Sports were ok only very few people interested to allow for sports activities.
Hostel Facilities :
No I'm not in hostel but i know something about hostel food was ok not that much good everyday students will complaint about food was not good for health. Variety of food also very poor in hostel canteen.
Alumni/Alumna :
No there no alumni network so far. I didn't recognise any senior students helping this college to develop the infrastructure or any other aspects. Management is very poor to manage students in good manners.
Admission :
Counselling method based on 12th marks cut off of three major subjects mathematics physics and chemistry consolidated into 200 marks for total cut off marks. Rank based quota had allot for counseling session in Chennai Anna University
Faculty :
In my college faculty members are not that much good in their subjects they come and guide you to pass semester papers they focus only on results but very few person only thought real Time practical engineering knowledge.
