Life at NMIMS Mumbai begins with early morning lectures starting at 9 AM that go on until 4-4:30 PM. Sometimes, there is a possibility of having additional lectures after 4:30 PM as well. Student Life of an MBA Student at NMIMS Mumbai is challenging, running from one task to another and full of learning experiences. Here are some aspects of the same:

Campus: We have a really big building, and that is it! It is the campus of NMIMS, Mumbai. The Infrastructure is amazing with Air-conditioned Classrooms. NMIMS Mumbai has 2 full-fledged hostels and 4 rented residential accommodations, separately for Boys and Girls. However, the Hostels are too costly and most of the batch prefers to stay outside in Flats.

Clubs and Committees: As the new school year begins, all the Clubs and Committees introduce themselves and invite students to join them. As the students are eager to boost their Resume, they apply for this position in large numbers.

Diversity: At NMIMS Mumbai, students come from all over the country, with different backgrounds. They have various educational backgrounds and work experiences. This mix of people is one of the best in the country and has been unmatched for several years.

The quality of your college life depends on your budget and lifestyle. There are people who sometimes survive under 15k whereas some spend around 40-50k to make their college life happening and comfortable.

Coming to Academics, you really experience a joyful ride throughout your MBA program. The faculties are so cooperative and friendly that you develop an emotional bond with them. They teach Management concepts and life lessons at the same time. Someone from a B.Tech background can feel the change in pedagogy drastically once they start their MBA in NMIMS.

The routine comprises attending classes, completing homework and assignments and the remaining time can be utilized as per your wish. Classes of an entire week can be around 25 hours, time spent on homework around 30 hours and the remaining 50-65 hours are at your disposal. Some people party, while some like to be serious and do internships or volunteer work. You can hang out and explore the city to relax after a hectic day. Or you can attend some seminars, organize some events, make some work groups, attend networking sessions, or whatever you want to really.
