It is not possible to transfer to Thiagarajar College of Engineering from ACCET, in second year. It is Govt. aided college. Students of ACCET have the option to transfer to Govt. colleges only. You can transfer to colleges such as P.S.G Technology, Coimbatore, GCE Salem, GCE Coimbatore, and other Govt. colleges.
