Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak will conduct Counselling Round-1 for M. Pharmacy courses in Constituent and Private Pharmacy institutions affiliated with them.

UHSR M. Pharmacy 2024-25 Counselling Schedule

Counselling will be held in the Committee Room, Office of Director, PGIMS, Rohtak.

Candidates have to bring a demand draft of INR 20,000 as provisional tuition fees in favour of “Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma UHS, Rohtak”. Payment can also made through Debit/ Credit card. The remaining fee must be paid at the allotted institute.

Candidates must bring original documents/ certifications for verification at the time of counselling.

• Matriculation Certificate/ High School/ ICSE/ Class X/ Class XII or equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth.
• Three copies of passport-size photographs (self-attested)
• Character certificate from the last institution
• Resident Certificate issued by the State Government of Haryana (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID/ Ration Card/ Parivar Pehchan Patra as identification proof.
• Candidates with CGPA grades must provide a certificate that includes the conversion factor from their respective universities.
