Punjab Government has directed Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) to conduct centralized counselling for MBBS/BDS Admission 2021. Admission to the MBBS and BDDS courses will be conducted through National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) 2020.
Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) Faridkot will be releasing the provisional merit-list for MBBS/BDS course on November 12, 2020. Applicants who have appeared for NEET 2020 can check the merit list on BFUHS official website @bfuhs.ac.in
Candidates who qualified for NEET 2020 are requested to register for the online counselling process which will commence from November 13, 2020.

National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) is the online entrance examination conducted for the students who wish to seek admission in undergraduate MBBS or BDS courses in any government or private medical college.

Punjab MBBS/BDS Admission 2021: Centralised Counselling Process
Punjab MBBS/BDS Admission 2021 Registration: As per the merit list which will be released by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), the candidates are required to fill the online counselling form available on the BFUHS official website.
Candidates shall provide their preferences related to course, college, quota, and category. Priority will be given to the candidate’s first preference and seats will be allocated as per NEET 2020 merit-list. After the online counselling, a physical counselling session will be conducted for selected candidates.
Note: Reserved Category candidates who have scores equivalent or more than the minimum cut-off will be considered in open-merit. Those candidates will be allotted the open-merit seats first (if available), and will be allotted admission seats according to the seat reservation.
Punjab MBBS/BDS Admission 2021 Seat Allotment: Once the counselling procedure has been finished, BFUHS will process the preference and will release the list of the provisional allocated seats.
Candidates can download their provisional allocation letter from the varsity’s official website and report at their respective allotted colleges. Candidates are needed to carry the letter along with all the original documents for verification of their eligibility and document checking.
After the verification, the principal of the respective college issued a bank of challan to the selected candidates. Candidates shall deposit the fees and report at their respective colleges for joining and medical check-ups.
