Panjab University (PU) has issued guidelines for the candidates who are appearing for the online reappear examination which is scheduled to be held on January 15, 2021. 

The Reappear Examinations for professional courses are conducted for candidates who were unable to clear the exam even after securing the average marks according to the instructions issued by the PU Officials.

Candidates can download their admit cards for the reappear examination of Panjab University from the University’s undergraduate and postgraduate examinations sections on the official website.

PU has also issued date sheets for the reappear examination, which will be held in two slots. The question papers, which can be downloaded from the Home page without even logging in, will be available on both the portals, ugexam.puchd.ac.in and pgexam.puchd.ac.in. The total duration of the examination will be mentioned in the question paper.

Panjab University: Reappear Examination Answer Sheet Guidelines

Postgraduate candidates have to write answers on 40 A4 size sheets and undergraduate candidates can write answers on 36 A4 size papers. 

Candidates are allowed to write on only one side of the answer sheets. On the first page, candidates must write their name, class, semester, and the total number of pages written while writing the Panjab University reappear examination.

Panjab University: Reappear Examination Answer Sheet Submission Guidelines

The candidates who are appearing in the morning slot should seal their answer sheets in an envelope and send it to the Panjab University office through speed post or registered post. The envelope should be sent on the same day of examination.

Candidates appearing for the afternoon slot, which will run from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm, must upload their answer sheets on the website within an hour of completion of the examination. 

The link to upload answer sheets will be provided on the website where the question paper was downloaded from.

Nevertheless, these candidates will also have to send their hard copies of answer sheets to the Panjab University through speed post the next day within two hours of Post office opening.

The differently-abled candidates who are visually impaired/disabled can take help from the writer and no separate permission will be required, stated the Panjab University reappear examination guidelines.
