New Delhi: MG Motor India, a leading player in the Indian automotive market, has started on a transformative journey to empower students of Banasthali Vidyapith through its MG Nurture initiative. MG Motor India has presented a ZS EV to Banasthali Vidyapith under its MG nurture program to help students to gather knowledge on current and upcoming electric vehicle technologies.

The main purpose of this initiative is to encourage women to enter the automotive sector. MG Motor India provides the ZS EV to all-women educational institutions for hands-on training. MG Motor India's collaboration with Banasthali Vidyapith portrays a dynamic approach to education that emphasizes the practical application of knowledge.

Students now will be able to get the hands-on training and experience of this whole initiative where there will be practical training in automotive engineering through the advanced technology present in MG’s flagship vehicle, the ZS EV. This initiative is in step with MG's essential vision of evangelizing ‘Connected Autonomous Shared Electric’ (CASE) mobility.

Students will be able to explore the complexities of contemporary electric vehicular technologies. The MG GS EV will provide students with a practical learning experience, students will have the opportunity to explore the intricacies of modern and complex electric vehicular technologies. 

Students will not all gain firsthand knowledge of major auto systems by going through various components, technologies, and procedures, but also can increase their employability chance in the future.

According to Sameer Jindal, Director, MG Nurture, MG Motor India, "Creating more avenues for female students to advance in the automotive field will encourage the availability of diverse talent in the mobility sector.”

MG Motor has launched several unique initiatives to empower women in the automotive sector, two of them were "DriveHerBack" and "Prerna." These two initiatives are designed to enhance skills and provide them with the mentorship, tools, and resources needed to excel in various aspects of their careers.
