- There is a "Latest @ MGCUB" area on the right side of the screen; click "View all." below it.
- Tap on the notice, "e-Prospectus for admission into various PhD Programs of Study [Academic Year 2024-25],"
- A notice will be opened; scroll down and click the "Click Here To Apply Online" button.
- Click the "New Registration" button on the upper right corner of the screen.
- Enter all the necessary information and select the PhD field you wish to pursue.
- Your application will be submitted online after you pay the application cost.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must qualify for the eligibility criteria mentioned below before filling up the application form
- Candidates who got a grade "B" or higher, or 55% marks overall, in their M.Phil. coursework. as well as finishing the M.Phil.
- Candidates with a degree from a foreign educational institution approved by an assessment and accreditation agency that is deemed to be equal to an M.Phil. degree from an Indian institution.
- A professional degree or master's degree that has been approved by the relevant statutory regulatory agency as being equivalent to one with at least 55% of the possible points overall, or its equivalent grade of "B."
- UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR and associated National Level Examinations.
- Students who fall within one of the following categories—SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), DAA, EWS, or another—may be eligible for an equivalent grade or a 5% mark reduction.
