The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced the results for the First Phase Stray Vacancy Allotment for admission to PG Ayurveda Degree/Diploma Courses for the academic year 2024-25. The results are available on the official website at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.Allotted candidates must report to their respective colleges by 4:00 PM on 19th November 2024 with all required documents.
Key Details of the Notification:
- Allotment Results Access:
Candidates can check their allotment results by logging into the ‘PG Ayurveda 2024-Candidate Portal’ with their application number and password.
- Use the link ‘Allotment Result’ to view the results.
- Download and print the allotment memo from the same portal.
- Fee Payment and Data Sheet:
- Candidates allotted seats must remit the specified fees at the allotted college.
- A data sheet can also be downloaded from the portal for future reference.
- Reporting to Colleges:
- Allotted candidates must report to their respective colleges by 4:00 PM on 19th November 2024 with all required documents.
- Documents required include those mentioned in the prospectus and the allotment memo.
- Concessions for Reserved Categories:
- SC/ST/OEC candidates and those eligible for educational concessions (e.g., Children of Fishermen, Sree Chitra Home inmates) are exempted from tuition fees.
Important Reminders:
- No Extensions: Candidates failing to report by the deadline will lose their allotment.
- No Further Consideration: Candidates with an existing admission or those allotted a seat in this phase, regardless of joining, will not be considered for subsequent stray vacancy allotments.
- Registration Fee Penalty: The registration fee will be forfeited for candidates who fail to join after allotment.
- No Surrender of Seats: Surrender of seats post-allotment will not be allowed.
Verification of Admitted Candidates
College authorities must approve admitted candidates through the Online Admission Management System (OAMS) by 5:00 PM on 19th November 2024.
Special Note on SC/ST Reservations
Candidates claiming SC/ST reservation whose caste status is under scrutiny by KIRTADS have been provisionally allotted seats. Their admissions are subject to final verification of caste status.
