Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) has released its counselling schedule for full-time M.Tech. and M.Pharm admission into Sponsored Category seats for the academic year 2024-25. Candidates with at least 2 years of working experience by July 31, 2024 are eligible to attend the counselling sessions at the university’s office of Directorate of Admissions from October 16 to October 19, 2024 according to their course.

JNTUH MTech/MPharm Sponsored Category Admissions Employment Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Employment Eligibility:

To qualify for the sponsored category seats, candidates must be working professionals with a minimum of two years of service in their respective fields by July 31, 2024. The employment must be in recognized industries, organisations, educational institutions, or research units, and candidates need to be sponsored by their employers.

Key documents that should be submitted by the candidate from the working organisation:

1. Sponsored Certificate and No Objection Certificate from the employer on official letterhead of Organization / Institute / Company with issuing authority contact number and e-mail ID.
2. Registration Certificate of the working organisation and details of number of employees.
3. Appointment Order Copy and the latest six months' salary pay slips.

Selection Criteria:

The selection of candidates will follow the below order of priority:

1. Valid GATE/GPAT Score
2. Rank in TS PGECET – 2024
3. Marks obtained in the qualifying examination (minimum of 60% for general candidates, 55% for SC/ST/BC candidates).

Candidates must note that hostel facilities, scholarships, and fee reimbursements are not applicable for these seats, and sliding will not be permitted for candidates already admitted through TS PGECET 2024.
