The Indian School of Business (ISB) has launched a 20-month Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). The application process has been started and interested candidates are invited to apply within the scheduled date i.e. December 15, 2024. This full-time, MBA-equivalent residential management program is designed for high-potential candidates who have up to 2 years of full-time work experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for his program.

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Candidates should have a valid GMAT or GRE (Test center-based test only) or CAT scores
  • Applicants should not have more than 0-24 months of work experience
  • If the medium of instruction is not English, then a valid TOEFL/IELTS score is required.

  • Academic Transcripts showing courses taken and grades achieved.
  • Degree Certificates
  • GMAT/GRE/CAT Scores

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected in two stages.

Stage 1: Applicants will be shortlisted based on a combination of consistent and high academic performance, awards & achievements, essays, and performance in the test.

Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates have to participate in personal interviews with senior industry leaders, alumni, and ISB faculty. Based on the performance in the interview, candidates will be selected.
