New Delhi: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has released the IPU Round 3 Offline Counselling 2023 Schedule for admission to its MBBS programme for academic session 2023-24 on September 6, 2023, with detailed instructions for candidates.
This schedule released by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) contains the date and time for allotment of seats, reporting of candidates in order of merit for verification of documents as well as verification of eligibility and thereafter for allotment of the seats.
Admissions will be made on “NEET UG 2023 All India Rank” purely on merit as per the qualifying percentile. Candidates allotted a seat in round 2 can withdraw their admission till September 8, 2023. Check the complete schedule and official notification here!

IPU MBBS Round 3 Offline Counselling 2023 Instructions
- A list of applicants who have registered/Enrolled in MBBS program with GGSIPU for the session 2023-24 and have also paid both the requisite fee of INR 1500/- & INR Rs. 1000/- has already been uploaded on the university website.
- The final merit shall be ascertained during counselling/allotment of seats.
- Candidates must fill a fresh preference sheet during the process of offline counselling as and when all the vacant seats are filled up in order of merit.
- A total of 555 MBBS and 50 BDS seats will be granted through IPU NEET admission.
- GGSIPU is responsible for IPU MBBS admission 2023 for 85% of state quota seats.

Candidates must have the following documents during IPU MBBS Round 3 Offline Counselling:
- Four passport-size photographs
- Provisional allotment letter
- Demand draft of requisite fees
- Matriculation /high school /higher secondary certificate
- 11th and 12th mark sheet
- Character certificate
- Caste certificate
