IIE and IIT Guwahati Ink MoU to Boost Entrepreneurship Development;

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati (IITG) to boost entrepreneurship development. 

IIT Guwahati and IIE are collaborating to help each other in teaching important skills in the North Eastern Region. Through this MoU, the institute will offer classes, certified courses, and other training programs for candidates who want to start their own businesses. 

The institute will also organize talks, events, and programs to share knowledge. They will share labs, libraries, and centers to help new ideas grow. Teachers from both institutes will help with teaching, training, and deciding which ideas are good.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed in the presence of Hon’ble Union Minister for Education, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Dr Subhas Sarkar, MoS Education, Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari Secretary SD&E, Secretary Education & Chairman UGC at Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam 2023 New Delhi.

This initiative aims is to help skilled professionals learn more about managing businesses, starting new ones, and improving skills. The goal is to make it easier for new businesses to grow in the North Eastern Region. 

In addition to this, the institute will provide training, advice and technical help as well as a good environment for new ideas and growth. Participants will also have the opportunity to join talks, events, and programs to share knowledge.
