New Delhi: Chandigarh University has successfully conducted its placement drive for graduating students with the highest salary package at INR 1.70 CPA. The placement session recorded an increase of 30% in job offers made from last year’s placement data. 

As per Chandigarh University, the placement session has recorded over 900 companies on the campus which is the highest number of recruiters recorded in North India. Companies have made over 9500 jobs for students in various job profiles and leading domains. 

Some of the top recruiters of the university are Microsoft, Google, Amazon, IBM, Arcesium, Adobe, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Qualcomm, Philips, Goldman Sachs, Toshiba, and Red Hat, while the top IT companies who joined the campus placement are Microsoft and VMware.

Following the Chandigarh University Placement 2022 data, over 10 recruiters have made a job offer of INR 30 LPA, while 15 companies have offered placement packages of up to INR 25 LPA to graduating students of the university.

Chandigarh University Placements 2022: Highlights

Students have received offers in Software Engineer/SDE domain from over 200 companies, 70 recruiters have made offers to students for the profile of Developer, 50 companies recruited students for Associate profile and 50 offers were made for GET/PGET domain.

In addition to this, students have also received offers for the profile of Data Scientist/Data Engineer from 30 companies, Full Stack Developer/ UI/UX Designer from over 20 companies, and other offers were made for Cyber Security/Information Security and BDEs positions.

Referring to the Chandigarh University Placement 2022 data, University Chancellor, S. Satnam Singh Sandhu, Chancellor said, “Year after year, the students of Chandigarh University have been sought by the top businesses, thanks to the unparalleled quality education and industry-focused training they receive at the university”.

“It is no mean feat that more than 30 Industry-sponsored Centers of Excellence and training centers have been established in the University, where students are equipped with the skills and knowledge as per the industry demand” says Sandhu.
