We specially train students to develop ethically and socially responsible skills by creating activities such as community service programs, visits to plant parks, food processing industries, hospitals, hotels, talent expo events such as poster presentations, PowerPoint presentations, quiz sessions, and many more.

We always pair theoretical knowledge with practical exposure. Other than academics, communication skills, and personality development are considered equally important. As an educational leader what is your philosophy of leadership and how do you describe your leadership style?

"I delegate tasks and make sure that the right person fits for the right work"

I would describe my leadership style as direct and leading by example. I delegatetasks and make sure that the right person fits the right work while taking the lead on projects along with that I also like to stay, monitor, and be involved and inspire my team by showing that I am working hands-on to help them, too. I make sure that I am always backing up my team and ensuring that they feel like family.

Best practices in an institution like ours giving good quality education to the students and also conducting cultural events, group discussions, seminars, social awareness programs, communication classes, community services, questionnaires, personality development sessions, etc.
