Rayat Bahra University NextGen Facilities

The Rayat Bahra University NextGen campus is very huge, vibrant, progressive, and has all the basic to advanced facilities students or faculty may need for academics or non-academic tasks. Following are the details of the same. University location being Mohali gives amazing opportunity to young minds to explore rich culture and traditions of city followed by its rapidly growing IT sector and job market. 

Modern Classrooms: The RBU NextGen has developed well-ventilated, and highly advanced classrooms on its campus. Latest Multimedia projectors, audio-video devices, smart boards, and comfortable seating arrangements are the key facilities that are available in each classroom. The goal is to boost the learning capacity and productivity of students and also allow teachers to deliver course content through innovative pedagogies.

Library: This facility has been built by the university to enhance the reading habits of students and support all others in their research and project work by ensuring plethora of learning resources in a single place. The Knowledge Center is home to rich collection of textbooks, reference books, E-Books, national and international journals, Magazines and Newspapers, Research Papers, and previous year's question papers.

Security and Medical Facility: Whole campus of RBU NextGen is well-resourced with CCTV cameras anbd security guards to monitor daily activties and movement of people, and also to ensure everyone’s safety. Apart from this, a dedicated medical center is there to handle any emergency medical situation related to stduents and staff members.

Hostels: Separate accommodations are offered by the Rayat Bahra University NextGen to both boys and girls. The idea is to ensure they get homely environemnt to ssafely pursue their dreams away from their homes. All the rooms in these accommodations are huge, clean and ventilated. Other facilities include 24*7 power and internet facility, recreational space to help students rejuvenate themselves, and mess too for delicious and fresh food. CCTV cameras are also installed all over the campus to ensure students' safety. 

Transport and ATM: The university has fleet of modernized vehicles to ensure students and staff members can be picked up and dropped to their respective locations safely. All the vehicles the RBU NextGen has, been driven by trained personnel. ATM facility is also available on premises.

Shopping Complex: This facility aims at fulfilling the daily and most common needs of students. They can go out and buy their stationery items, clothes, food, and other accessories as and when needed.

Cafeteria and Food Court: There are both food courts as well as wonderfully developed cafe to serve delicious, well-cooked, and nutritious food items to both students and faculty at a reasonable rate. 

Sports and Gym: The University has enough arrangements for students to play and enjoy various kinds of indoor and outdoor sports like Cricket, Badminton, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Ludo, Carrom, Chess, and Table Tennis, etc. The end objective of the university here is to keep individuals physically and mentally fit, improve their sporting skills, and teach them essential skills like leadership, teamwork, and time management. A full-fledged gym also exists on the campus.

Auditorium: An avant-garde, and highly sophisticated Auditorium has been built in the university premises for events like guest lectures, workshops, conferences, seminars, and training programs. All amenities including a public speaking system, projectors, internet connectivity, and audio-video systems, etc. are available here. 

Apart from the above ones, RBU NextGen has a Salon, Incubation and Research Center, in-campus stationery and general store. Last but not least, a Skill Development Centre is there in university to enhance and nurture the employability skills of students, give them exposure of R&D projects, and bridge the gap between academia and  Removing the disparity between academia and industry needs.
