You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

A genuine passion for education and a desire to positively impact students’ lives is the key factor that keeps me connected with the Education sector. The sense of fulfillment I get in shaping the future careers of young minds, mentoring and empowering students by bringing in practices for intellectual stimulation and seeing their professional growth is a genuinely rewarding experience.

The opportunity for continuous learning in the education sector, collaborating and networking through conferences, seminars, and community engagements inspire me to stay connected with the Education sector.

Directors recognize the importance of collaboration with their faculty and staff members. By fostering open communication channels and engaging in discussions with educators, directors can overcome challenges and bring novel ideas and innovations happening in their institutions. This collaboration ensures a cohesive and supportive environment for the educational community.


Being the Director of Adarsh AIMIT, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

My leadership philosophy is driven by an overarching goal of creating an environment to promote academic excellence, student development, and the holistic growth of the institution and the community. Inspiring my people toward the compelling vision of our institution and achieving it through strategic planning, collaboration , and continuous improvement towards excellence summarizes my leadership philosophy.

I believe in a collaborative leadership style that encourages teamwork, participation, and shared decision-making. The inputs and expertise of my faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders are highly valued in all decisions. I strive to create a culture of integrity, trust, and open communication to ensure commitment to the institution's goals. As a part of the education space, I prioritize high ethical standards and moral values.

Being the Director of Adarsh AIMIT, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your institute?

Some crucial strategies adopted for the marketing and administration of the institute involve developing a unique value proposition that highlights the institute's strengths and differentiates it from others. Students are our brand ambassadors. So we ensure that we fulfill our promises regarding academic and administrative delivery to the students. We also focus on digital and online presence through the factual content of events and happenings at the institution.

We provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students through dedicated admissions counselors. We Offer financial aid and scholarship programs to attract a diverse range of students. Our engagement with the alumni also helps in improved admissions.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the Institute and the students are?

As a leader, my primary responsibility would be to provide strategic direction and vision for the programs to align with the institute's mission and goals. The execution of the plans by garnering the support of the faculty and staff, investing in their training, and creating a positive atmosphere for the transformational development of the faculty and students is equally important.

Student Admissions, student support, addressing their grievances and student engagement through events, workshops, seminars, and extracurricular activities, industry collaborations and partnerships, continuous improvement, and accreditations, I assume these as my responsibilities towards my students and institution.

From my perspective, our youth are in the best possible time in the history of our country. Have clarity of goals and pursue your passion. Make informed choices.
