Dr. Naga Malleswara Rao Gujjar is a Principal at Eswar College of Engineering. He did B.Tech, M.Tech and PhD in the Engineering field. He has more than 21 years of experience in the teaching field. Dr. Naga Malleswara is a member of FIE, FISME, MISTE, MSESI, and MSSI. He has published several papers in National and International journals. We can shape the lives of many individuals through the teaching profession. I am interested in guiding students to start a better career. It is our duty to build a power generation for society. I am satisfied as an academician rather than an industry specialist and it keeps me connected with the education sector. 


How do you describe your leadership style?

“To be a role model for students and staff on the campus”

Leadership is a responsibility to train other members instead of enjoying power. I want to be a good leader rather than a strict boss. The principal is a role model for staff and students.

“Insecurity of students from rural areas with low income”

The campus faces several challenges. One of these is the insecurity of students from a low background. Most of the pupils are from rural areas seeking admission. We try our best to bring these students to education. Another one is the lack of affordability and accessibility of resources relating to the latest trends.
