New Delhi: Birla Institute of Technology has begun the application process for Admission to its MBA programme for the academic year 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, i.e. bitmesra.ac.in

Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) offers admission to a 2 years full time MBA programme. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till April 11, 2022.

BIT MBA Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates should take note of the following eligibility criteria before applying:

• Aspiring candidates must have valid score in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT exam

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from any recognised university

• Candidates must have a score of minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST category students) in their bachelor’s degree

• Candidates pursuing their final year exams / waiting for their results are also eligible to apply. However, they must have maintained the above mentioned score 

• Candidates with qualification acquired through correspondence can also apply only if they have graduated from IGNOU

BIT MBA Admission 2022: Selection Process

For the 2 years long MBA programme, there is a two step selection process. Here are those: 

• Firstly the applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT exams

• Shortlisted candidates then have to appear for theGroup Discussion/ personal interview round 

• Final selection is based on the overall performance

• Visit the official application portal of BIT Mesra

• Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

• Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form

• Pay the application fee of INR 1500 (for general candidates) or INR 1000 (for SC/ ST candidates and submit the Application form

• Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs
