Asia University Ranking 2021: As per the latest Times Higher Education Asia University Ranking 2021, India's top universities like IISc, IIT Ropar, IIT Indore have secured their ranks among the top 100 universities in Asia. 

In Asia University Ranking 2021, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has taken the 37th Rank. While among the top IITs in India, IIT Ropar stood at 55th Rank, and IIT Indore secured 78th rank among the top 100 universities in Asia. 

Additionally, Colleges like; the Institute of Chemical Technology, IIT Gandhinagar, King George Medical College, IISER Kolkata, Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi, IIT Hyderabad, Thapar University, Savitribai Phule University, and Banaras Hindu University has also secured their rankings from India. 

Asia University Ranking 2021: Key Highlights 

In Asia University Rankings 2021, Tsinghua University from China has gained the first rankings, while the second place has also been secured by China’s Peking University. 

While for 3rd, and 5th rank, Singapore's top universities have secured their place in the list. The fourth rank has been secured by Hong Kong university. Check the Asia University Ranking 2021 in the reference table below!

Rankings Editor, Ellie Bothwell said, “For many universities across the world, the Covid-19 pandemic has been a huge blow financially, with declines in student enrolment, additional costs for cleaning, testing, and remote instruction and revenue losses".

"But some countries and institutions in Asia are enjoying so much investment that you could be forgiven for thinking the pandemic had never happened: he further added.

Referring to the analysis process for the ranking, he added that as per our analysis, the top universities are now investing in academic staff, and fundings of the college, which increases their level of education.
