Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling 2024: Last Date for Free Exit for BDS Under Phase I Extended

NTRUHS extended the last date for free exit from the reported college for admission to BDS course under Phase I of CA quota. Students can opt for free exit till 25 October 2024.

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, has extended the deadline for the "free exit" option for BDS admissions under the Competent Authority Quota for the 2024–25 academic year. The revised deadline is now 4:00 PM on 25th October 2024, allowing students extra time to reconsider their reported seats.

Steps for Opting for Free Exit

Students who wish to take the free exit option must follow these steps:

Visit the Official Website: Go to ntruhs.ap.nic.in.
Login to the Counselling Portal: Navigate to the counseling portal using your registered login credentials.
Select ‘Free Exit’ Option: Once logged in, look for the "Free Exit" option available for Phase-I seat allotment under the BDS course.
Confirm Withdrawal: After selecting the free exit option, you will be prompted to confirm your decision. Review the details carefully, as this will withdraw you from the seat you reported to in Phase I.
Receive Confirmation: Upon successfully opting for a free exit, a confirmation message will be displayed, and you may receive an email or SMS for the same.
Check Eligibility for Next Rounds: Once you’ve completed the free exit process, you will remain eligible to participate in the subsequent phases of counselling.
