Likes
- I love the Old Library at Trinity, they have really good books and its always very quiet and feels like i am in a completely different world.
- The college building and architecture is fantastic. Its very old and has great history for the entire Ireland and Dublin city.
- I also loved the international student crowd. Its a great place to connect with other students and make good connections.
Dislikes
- It's really hectic sometimes, managing academic and part time jobs
- Trinity is strict when it comes to studies , we hardly had time for extracurricular activities.
- Trinity ball which is the biggest event is very costly fee for students it should have been free like other colleges

- It’s a very hands-on course. At least for mine, we had coding labs, sessions, meetings, demos, and project-based assignments. It was definitely challenging since it’s a Master’s program, but it was also great for practical learning and actually applying what we learned to real-world stuff.
- The good part is that it gave me really solid hands-on experience and a deep understanding that pure theory just couldn’t offer.
- The only negative thing i felt was things move super fast that there’s barely any time for anything else. No time for hobbies or extracurriculars, it’s pretty much all day and night with assignments, coding, labs, and everything. But honestly, I still really enjoyed it.
Fees
- The tuition fee for my course in Intelligent Systems (Computer Science) at Trinity College Dublin is around €25,000. This amount covers all the charges, although it might have changed slightly since.
- Its yearly, We can pay it in one, two, or a maximum of three installments.
- It actually depends on various factors, like if we live in student accommodation its way costly around 1200-1800 euros a month for rent
- 100-250 euros for groceries
- 100 euros bills which mostly includes wifi heating and electricity
- Also if we live little far from college its less, around 600-800 euros a month for rent.

Likes
- The college buildings are absolutely stunning. I loved them a lot and it feels like I am in the Harry Potter world.
- There are so many Trinity clubs and societies, I made good friends and connections through them.
- Pheonic labs is amazing place for CS Grads, I would say the best place on campus to study
Dislikes
- Trinity is great but it focuses more on research which may be a little down point for students looking for internship opportunities during the course.
- Trinity is very very Strict. Very harsh policies towards plagiarism and AI use for assignments. They detain you for such things.
- It can be very stressful sometimes to manage academics and yourself if you are an international student.

- Structure of curriculum : Almost all contents taught are state of art or very least being advancements in field.
- Campus : Campus is huge and there is lot of diversity.
- Lab Infrastructure : All the machines are fitted with latest hardware and software components which are essential for experiments and research.
Dislikes
- Too Fast Teaching Sem : Limited time available, requiring highly efficient time management.
- Compulsory Dissertation : Flexibility to do internship should have been an option.
- Lack of space for eating : Most of the libraries lack eating spacing making it difficult to manage.

- The difficulty level of my course was around 8/10. It was based on a mixed aspect, i.e., it covered both theoretical and practical. Every theoretical aspect was asked to be implemented in assignments, which were evaluated rigorously.
- Positive Aspect : Students are learning a lot and since every taught subject requires practical implementation, students get a thorough idea of what they have learned and not just an overview.
- Negative Aspect : Since teaching semesters are only 2 and around 6 months, the learning is fast-paced and sometimes learning in depth about one particular area or experimenting with it remains infeasible. Due to this nature, it becomes difficult to focus on personal projects based on teachings.
- Minimum of one class to a maximum of three classes was scheduled during a typical day in the teaching semester. Timings usually range from 10 am to 4 pm.
- Average number of students in my class was 30. Around 25 Indians were enrolled in my course.

- With three instalments in total, one [Half of the entire tuition fees] before the end of August, followed by two instalments at the end of January and February month [For the other half of the tuition fees].

- Rent—550 € (Near Dublin city center areas)
- Electricity—50 €

Likes
- The infrastructure of the college made it feel nice to be able to come to college every day.
- Facilities provided, TCD has very good career consultant. And there are many study rooms which you can book for group meeting or just exam prep.
- The one year course duration, it's nice to be able to complete a masters degree within 1 year.
Dislikes
- The selection of students, I feel like they could have refined the selection of students a bit better, it often felt like I was one of the smartest in the room out of a class of 100 people.
- My course was mostly graded by group projects, Sometimes I personally had to carry the workload for the entire project.
- Professors were a bit too lenient, I feel like a lot of students settled for the bare minimum in projects because of how calm and relaxed the Professors were.

- I would say the difficulty level was moderate; it was 60 per percent Theoretical and 40 per cent practical.
- The most positive would be the professors, in my opinion; I had a very good time with them.
- The negative aspect would be that this isn't through my personal experience, as I would say I was on good terms with everyone, but from what I have heard, there can be a lot of problems between students and classmates, problems that you wouldn't expect for students in their masters to have.
- I had 1 class per day; each class was 3 hours and we had 3 to 4 classes per week. About the timings, it depends on what batch you are in. I was in the morning batch so my classes were mostly from 9 to 12 or 12 to 3; for the evening batch it would be 12 to 3 or 3 to 6.
- 105 is the average number of students in my class. I would say around 45 were Indian students in my course.

- Living + Groceries: 12 lakhs per year if accommodation is in a rented apartment.
- The fees charged –
- It is charged in 2 payments: 1st semester, 50 per cent of the fees; 2nd semester, the other 50 per cent of the fees.
- An estimate of your monthly expenses:
- Rent: 550 per month (Euros)
- Transportation: 50 per month (Euros)
- Groceries: 100 per month (Euros)
- Also, for expenses, I would recommend that students buy extra luggage weight allowance to be able to bring everything they need to Ireland, like utensils, pans, pots and much more. It's definitely worth doing so rather than planning to buy things in Ireland.
- Weekly grocery shopping can be cheap if you stick to supermarkets like Lidl and Aldi, maybe around 15 to 30 euros a week. I suggest students opt for the 48 sim card since I have had no bad experiences with it when it comes to network connectivity. It is also the cheapest Sim provider in Ireland.

- It has a mix of both technical and practical aspects in its programmes.
- You get amazing career services and consultancy from career counsellors.
- More than the academic bit, it also becomes one of the cultural points of learning a lot about Ireland as well as the college. It has Kells of Experience which is one of the biggest libraries in the Europe and has a lot of historical information.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the schedule gets a bit hectic but its different for different courses.
- It is very difficult to get accommodation in the college as very less number of rooms are available.
- Specifically, apart from these, there is not much to hate about the college at all.

- On a scale of 1-5, the difficulty level of my course was 4. It was a mix of both.
- A positive impact is that you get to work on projects with real clients.
- The negative impact of the course was that it could have had more company visits as possible, we had very less.
Fees
- 22,650 euros for a Masters in Marketing Course.
- Pay 50% before the visa application for verification purposes of the visa process. Rest 50% could be paid in 1-2 installments after 6 months.
- Rent - 600-1200 euros depends on your accommodation (including water, wifi, electricity)

- The course structure is intensive enough to cover a vast number of topics regarding Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems
- The assignments are very detailed and provide a great way of learning the state of the art techniques.
- The campus being in the centre of the city provides a lot of opportunities for job search, recruiting events happening around Dublin with a great connectivity with public transport.
Dislikes
- Due to being a major tourist attraction from around the world, Trinity faces a lot of overcrowding and often during day major spots and lunch areas are crowded with tourists.
- High cost and limited student living options are available which forces students to find accommodation outside of campus and travel time to and fro college increases.
- The course being very particular and hectic does not provide often much time to explore student activities or enjoy college organised events.

- The course is fairly difficult and requires a good pre-understanding of basic computer science concepts. It is fairly more practical as most of the evaluations are on assignments and they involve applying concepts in real time to state of the art methods.
- Positive Aspect:- Fairly practical course with very detailed assignments which impart knowledge via practicals.
- Negative Aspects:- The course is fairly hectic and might become difficult if not constantly practiced and needs good time management skills.
- Mostly there are 2-3 classes a day but students spend a lot of time on group assignments so typically are in college from 10AM - 6PM
- There are 60 students in my class and almost 40% are Indians.

Fees Is charged as follows:-
1. 50% before college commencement
2. 50% should be paid before start of second trimester (28 Feb) -
Monthly expenses for me are:-
650 Euros per month as rent (almost at average price for students)
55 Euros per month as bills (Electricity, heating, wifi etc)
20 Euros per month as transportation cost
70 Euros per month as grocery expenses. Total:- 800-850 euros per month

Likes
- The college provides best in class infrastructure, Students have access to dedicated labs with GPUs and libraries that are accessible 24/7.
- Courses are highly practical based, majority of the grading is done on the basis of Assignments rather than written examinations.
- The faculty are very knowledgeable and are experts in their field with many of them having relevant industry experience as well.
Dislikes
- Very difficult to get a scholarship especially as a taught postgraduate student compared to other universities.
- Assignment work load is very high leaving no time to prepare for job interviews or working part time.
- Due to campus being located in the city centre it is expensive to live close by and you need to find accommodation further away to save on rent.

- The difficulty level of the course curriculum is very high, it is very practical oriented.
- The positive aspect is that courses are graded based on practical application in assignments but this leads to a very high work load as they try to cover a lot of courses within a single semester which can be very stressful.

I was not able to get on campus accommodation, as they are mostly reserved for undergraduate students so there was no hostel fees. The tuition fee for the entire course was : €26,969.00

Monthly Expenses:-
Rent + Utilities : 900 € (For a Single Private Room), It can be cheaper (around 600 €) for Shared Rooms. Can be even cheaper if a student decides to live far away from campus. There are also purpose built student accommodations like Yugo which cost around 1200 €.
Food and Groceries : 100 € (If cooking at home), eating out is very expensive, average cost for a meal at a restaurant is 10-15 €.
Transportation : I don't have any transportation expenses as I use a Bicycle (One time cost of 160 €). But if I had been using public transport it would cost me around 40€. Each Trip on public transport costs 1€, using the student travel card (LEAP card)
Sim/Data Plan : 13€ for Monthly Unlimited Data

Likes
- Student support throughout the course, be it mentally or financially. Designated counseling facilities. A lot of extracurricular activities to participate in.
Dislikes
- Level of depth of the classes conducted. The professor would not go into the details of the subject. Less availability for the professors to ask queries and doubts as most of them were visiting faculty.

- I was drawn to the academic output given by the college in my preferred fields of computer science and physics. I was inclined to join the cohorts due to the long standing legacy and quality of education. I have always been passionate about computers since I could press key and play mine-craft. Wanting to pursue cs with like-minded people; the crème de la crème is what I looked forward to most.
- I like that all of the courses have a do-it-yourself element to it. Making the projects rather than regurgitating the textbook makes more sense to me, it's a more practical way to learn for me. I learn more when I troubleshoot the problem practically with my hand.
Dislikes
- I don't like that there is all stakes on the just the final exams. There could be more internal and project components. I'd like the professors to be a little more clear with the contents of the syllabus and give exact details well before the final exam.
