Course Curriculum Overview:

It is one of the best planning schools running architecture since 1973 and has Masters's in Planning since 2012. Most of the faculties have graduated from IITs/NITs. Almost all faculties (Full time) have Ph.D. degrees. The student-teacher ratio is good. Exams are conducted as timely notified through academic calendar. An absolute system of marking is followed as the strength does not fit for relative grading. Exams are comparatively easy. More focus is on academic projects and portfolios.

Campus Life:

Campus life is dull we mostly go out during weekends for a movie or eating out with friends, there are very fewer hangout spaces on the campus. Since it is not an engineering college but an architecture plus planning institute, so the ratio of girls to that of boys is fairly high approximately 4:3 between girls and boys. Extracurricular activities happen throughout the year be it dance, sports or any cultural events. We do participate in academic contests and participate in competitions happening in and out of the campus. We mostly win such competitions so the students, as well as faculties, are both enthusiastic for these activities.

Admission:

I was interested in the course of urban and regional planning since my bachelor and also this course is very popular and have a huge demand in market. School of planning and architecture Bhopal is an institute of national importance and holds 6th rank under NIRF. To take admission in this institute, you need to check its website link-spabhopal. ac. in regularly and you will be notified about the admission form, you need to fill that form and send it through registered post as well as by email to the registrar. All the steps and procedure are clearly mentioned in the form of application.
