Every masters course mostly provide internship opportunities. However students need to crack any exam set for internship. The internships are mostly* paid and is beneficial. Each department students get different internships related to their course. I have not been doing any internship as I just completed my semester 1 of first year.

Yes NIPER provide 100% internships most of them coordinated by our committee. The stipend had a vast range highest being 15k per month for 3 months.
