I had a hobby of cooking and wanted to change it in my passion that's why I joined Ihm. The faculty is very knowledgeable and helpful towards the students and the faculty has a Bsc and Msc and Doctrate degree. The teachers do teach in both practical classes and theory mode where in different interactive sessions are done.

I chose this course because i was very keen towards cooking , but if you're only interested in cooking then please go for a cooking but i wanted to learn management aspect aslo , some of the faculty are very nice but some are not what you expect , grooming is the first think that they look up to , there are practical assessment , and after every 4-5 months there end sem exam .

I chose this course so that I can interact with people from other parts of the country and learn more languages and various skills. The ratio of faculty and students is good enough. The qualifications of the professors are good enough for the students to gain knowledge of the subject.we have enough tools and resources to prepare for exams.

I was into cooking and wanted to become a chef, that's why i applied here. The number of faculty could be a little higher i feel, but they all are amazing and super supportive. Some are even PhDs. Classes would b both theoretical and practical. We have exams at a gap of around 2 months, including the mid sems

After my secondary education, i did one year iti course in food production and that made me to learn more about this industry,so the best option was to go for ihm.there are around 15 teachers for total of 700 students.all the faculties are well experienced in terms of the industry and teaching and their teaching method mainly focus on practical classes.we have total 6 semesters and all the semester end exams are well timed.if u attend the classes regularly,it is easy to pass.

It is one of the top 5 colleges in India and also provides good placements for students. They provide us with good labs and with proper facilities to learn everything practically. In term exams they provide a clear time to complete your exam and the questions were slightly difficult.

I choose this course due to personal passion for food, there is only 1 frontoffice, housekeeping, food production & f&b teacher for almost 250 students each year you have a different core subject teacher, I would say most teacher's were just average but a few teacher's namely pramod sir, anjali ma'am, naveen sir were really good teacher's, the exams were always timely and they were easy if u read the given notes but some subjects which literally don't have any notes available I'd suggest u read last year's solved question paper's most helpful
