- 1st thing I like is you get hand on experience while working in a hotel
- 2nd thing I like is that you get guidance form your senior chefs and other personals regarding this industry
Dislikes
- The 1st thing I dislike is the fee structure.
- The second thing I dislike that there are no fixed time of the shift, one must work for 9 hrs but if your chef wants you from some work it can be extended by 2 to 3 hrs.
Campus Life:
This is a hands on experience course which is done in a working busy hotel. You will get all the practical knowledge form the hotel itself and the theoretical knowledge from VET by EHL's website which you can access from the ID password given by the college and you will be provided with a link for the online classes which will held once a week and they will help you understand the topics in the learning material.
