NISM or popularly known as National Institute of Securities Market is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2022 and the Highest CTC stood at INR 13.67 LPA and the Average Package stood at INR 7.8 LPA.
The NISM Campus Placement Drive for Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Securities Markets) – PGDM (SM) began on December 1, 2021. (2020-22). This year's placement process included 40 companies and was conducted both online and offline. Treasury Dealer, Compliance Officer, Surveillance & Investigation Officer, Wealth Manager, Financial Advisor, and other positions were offered to the students. With the exception of 05 students, the placement cell has placed all students who have selected for placement.
Recruiters like NSE, ICICI Bank, Federal Bank, Funds India participated in the placement drive of 2022.

After third-semester placements were conducted. 50 + companies come for placements. package range is from 5 lakhs to 12 lakhs rupees. 80 percent of students were placed on the campus and they had an active good placement preparation.
Placement Experience:
The recruiting companies that visit our campus are HDFC bank, Yes bank, Wipro, Funds India, NCDEX, SBI mutual fund, Stock holding corporation of India etc. They select candidates for the roles of financial analyst, research manager, security manager, portfolio manager etc. The highest salary offered was 12 lpa and the average was 5 lpa. Internships in IDBI bank, Yes bank etc were provided ti students so that they can understand the financial market better.
Placement Experience:
After the completion of 2nd semester internship is provided by college to various good companies like Axis Bank securities, Geojit financial services,etc some of them providing paid internship based on performance of the student.Many big companies came into our college for placement like NSDL,CDSL,Stock holding Corporation of India,NSE,RBL Bank, IDBI etc.providing placement to students. Placement season usually starts after the completion of 3rd semester.Usually 95% of the batch is placed every year. Over Institution provides soft skills classes and extra classes for preparation of cv,etc.for preparing the student for placement season.
Placement Experience:
We have a batch strength of 93 students and we have completed placement of 90% by far and remaining 10% will also be placed very soon. It's all thanks to hard working placement office and the placement committee team who devoted their entire time and effort towards the students placement. NISM was able to get 40+ company during this placement drive which is outstanding for the current job market. The average package this year was around 6.5 Lacs and the highest went to 11 Lacs. For such a new course it's really remarkable and by time NISM will only grow and improve. So, for all the fresh candidates NISM is the right place for you start career in Securities Markets.

Companies such as IDBI Bank, UTI mutual funds, SBI mutual funds, ICICI Bank, Indusland Bank, South Indian Bank, fundsindia and many more come for placements in our Institute.

The institute offers good placements every year. Companies such as Mahindra mutual fund, AUM capital, funds India, UTI mutual fund, morning star, RBL Bank, Multi Commodity Exchange of India, Stock Holding Corporation, and many more hire students from our Institute.

The companies which visited NISM at my time were UTI mutual fund, RBL bank, Stock holding corporation, NSE, NCDEX, SBI mutual funds, Multi commodity exchange of India etc. The highest package allotted was 18 lpa and the average was 6 lpa. Internship offers which was grabbed by some of my batch mates were from IDBI Bank, ICICI bank, Aum capital etc with the minimum stipend of 10,000 per month.

NISM invites various companies that specialize in the stock and trade market to employ their students and give them a platform fro where they can start their careers. Firms such as Aditya Birla, AVIVA, etc are the main recruiters.
