This course curriculum consists of core subjects like Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, Dairy Microbilogy, Dairy Bussiness Management and Dairy Chemistry. It would be a fun yo learn these subjects if you are interested.
I choose this course for a science-related subject and good placement in dairy farms and units. There is a good faculty for various departments in college. 20 students are admitted per year by the entrance exam conducted by cee Kerala. Some of the faculties are doing PhD in dairy subjects. And there is achieved by good teaching. It is well known the recent result of Kvasu. The rank holders in exams conducted by Kvasu are from our college. There is no difficulty in exams but feels some difficult to study business management, who completed science stream in HSS. But don't worry, our faculty promises the best teaching method helps to break our tensions.
The fees per semester is around 7500 rs. And if you are in any category but your father doesn’t have any government job then you may get scholarship. But the campus jobs are poor.
The course is really good and has immense career scope. The college has a good learning environment and experienced teachers. The course is a highly career oriented programme with excellent training and mentoring sessions. It also provides frequent industrial visits to help students learn from the courses real industrial application.
Faculties used to cover the complet portions of the course syllabus faster when compared to other colleges in Kerala. And the semester exams are conducted after 100 days of the semester. It ensures students are getting enough time to complete their course syllabus. This course have more industrial exposures. Study tours are an integral part of the B. Tech academic curriculum. An All Kerala tour and an All India tour are organized to facilitate the students to visit the most important Dairy and Food plants and other important institutions across the county. Apart from these, study tours are also organized as part of the various courses. It includes trips to dairies, packaging industries, dairy farms and other such institutes concerned.
