Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission in 5 years full-time Bachelor of Architecture [B. Arch] should follow the criteria specified by the Institute

Academic Requirement:-

Passed HSC or its equivalent with Mathematics and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) or as declared by an appropriate authority, from time to time.
Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) with Mathematics as compulsory subject or as declared by appropriate authority, from time to time;
The Candidate should have obtained qualifying marks in NATA or obtained Non-Zero Positive Score in JEE Main Paper II;

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fees structure is really very affordable at the college. You will only have to submit 1.1 lakh as your yearly fees until you finish the course. The grand total will be around 5.5 lacs for the whole thing. I am very happy with the fee structure.

No the fee is not that expensive, if a student feels so, there is always and educational loan choice. The fee per year is Rs 1.1 Lakhs and which makes a sum of Rs. 5.5 lakhs for the whole course (5 years).

The fee structure is quite feasible, not as high as the other private architectural colleges that charge you your fortune. The fee per year is Rs 1.1 Lakhs eventually for five years it is Rs. 5.5 Lakhs. Student educational loans are accepted.
