Admission against U.P. State Govt. Quota Seats (i.e. 85 % seats):-

Through the counselling of UPSEE-2020, conducted by Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Technical University (Formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University), Lucknow.

Admission against Management Quota Seats / Vacant Seats:-

As per Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Technical University and State Govt. guidelines a candidate satisfying any one of the following conditions may apply for direct admission against management quota seats / vacant seats

A candidate who has qualified UPSEE-2020 Exam.
A candidate who has qualified CAT exam. organized at all India level.
A candidate who has qualified MAT exam. organized at all India level.
A candidate who has passed (with/without grace) BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering Or Passed B.Sc ./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 level or Graduation level Obtain at least 50% Marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in the qualifying examination

IT is a well-structured course. It is maintained according to a semester basis. The student has to study for 3-4 months in each semester with an internship after 1st year. Exams are quite lengthy, the student should know the time management for passing the exams with good marks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For me MCA is the best course, it's just because it fulfils all the requirements of the IT industry. Eligibility criteria are quite easy and simple here - the person should have mathematics in class 12th and 55% in graduation in any of the field. The gender ratio is so close to 0.78 (F/M). For passing the exams the student has to study hard. The professors are highly qualified here.
