The BScIT (Bachelor of Science in Information Technology) curriculum typically encompasses a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for a career in IT. It usually includes core subjects like programming languages (such as Java, Python, or C++), database management systems, web development, software engineering principles, networking fundamentals, and information security.

My main ambition is to get well knowledge about the banking and insurance field The students ratio is 40:60 The teaching methods of all the professor is very nice and interesting Exams are a little bit difficult if we study well we can easily get a pass
As living in India we all know that IT field is the most growing field, and my keen interest towards how things work made me choose this career. the faculty and student ratio if we see is fair enough to me even though we have the same teachers for 2 subjects but i guess its fair. Every teacher is highly qualified and teaches in avery simple way, which helps us (students)to understand a complex subject related to computer in a very easier way. being a student in this pandemuic situation would not comment anything on the offline mode examination but the online exams was not so sturdy at the begining but eventually they did a great job, and talking about the examination, it wasnt too difficult in my opinion.
Students are eligible to participate in campus placements in 3rd year. Companies like Andromeda, Kotak bank Etc visit our college. The provide job offers for mostly back end , telecalling etc 5% of people get placed.

Vivek College of Commerce is a very good institution in Mumbai if you want to pursue your career in fiance and commerce. The teaching faculty is really good and experienced be it the old generation or newly passed out teachers. The professors know very well how to guide and assist their students based on all grounds of requirements from achieving good scores to developing the personalities of the students.
The college gives you best faculties everyone is working professionals and their knowledge is based on the current market and technologies which keep you updated and keeps you on your toes. The lecture timings are very flexible so that one person can also work full time and attend the lectures too. Attendance is strict but can be considered if a Student has a Genuine issue.
The faculty in this college is amazing. Education is impressive. The timings are very suitable for the students who are also working. It was also close to where i stay therefore i joined this college.
Firstly, I'll like to mention that I was a student of Vivek college since I have done my juniors at this college and I liked the environment and the campus and one of the major reason I took admission to this college because it was near to my home and it was very convenient for me to travel. I opted for this course because I wanted to work in the bank since my graduate degree is in Banking and Insurance(BBI) so this was the major reason I opted for this course. Steps for acquiring admission in this prestigious institution was fairly easy for me because I was a in house student of this college my name was mentioned in the first merit list. I had to fill in the online form of the college's which I would like to seek my admission in and after that the list was generated virtually of all the college's I applied for and then I had to individually apply in all those colleges by filling the admission form of that particular college. This is how I enrolled myself in Vivek college.
