Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 5 years Full-time B.A.L.L.B Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement

Candidate should have passed 12th (10+2) standard examination from any government-recognized board with minimum 45% marks (40% for S.C. / S.T. students).
Students who have appeared for their H.S.C finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to the submission of passing certificate by the notified date.

The courses, namely BBA LLB and BA LLB are very fruitful for one who seeks a job in a top tier law firm or is about to opt for litigation. The BA LLB course provides with History and Sociology as subjects that are taught and studied with multi-faceted approach, including the judgements and how the disputes were processed in the ancient times.

SLS Noida maintains a high academic standard, with a comprehensive curriculum that covers various aspects of law. The faculty is knowledgeable and experienced.
The campus is equipped with modern facilities, including state of the art classrooms, well stocked library, moot court halls and computer labs.

Dislikes

The tuition fees can be quiet steep which can be a barrier for students from less privileged backgrounds.
The college has a very strict attendance policy which can be challenging for students with running internships.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Fee structure of SLS,N is 3 Lakh Tuition fees. scholarship exams are held every year based on your performance and exam results. Aditya Birla scholarship is also available for this course. The placement cell is not so good though, they try but are not able to get enough internships and placements for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course syllabus is updated here to the latest subjects of law that are required today. Since integrated law has recently become popular among students, the course structure is exhaustive and almost the same in every law school. Being a 5 year course, the subjects to be studied each semester is more than the normal courses. The number of subjects I studied in my 1st year was 8 per semester and then in the 2nd year it got reduced to 6. Apart from the legal subjects like Torts and Contract, they also teach yo History, political science, accounts, finance and statistics, economics etc. Not just these, but this law school also try to focus on the overall development of the student by introducing subjects like Ethics, legal reasoning, sociology, environment, behavior studies etc. Students do get industrial exposure here. The college has a well laid out course plan for all students shared at the beginning of the semester so that the children can follow it and plan out their schedules accordingly. The faculty is experienced and they not only focus on theoretical teaching but also emphasise on the practical aspects of the subjects with projects, ppts, group activities etc. A student would be lucky to be taught by Mr. CJR Rawandle himself who is also the director of Symbiosis Noida as his way of teaching is not only informative but quite interesting.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Syllabus is good, though very hectic. Faculty is good but not up to the mark. The syllabus is frequently updated, sometimes even after every semester but mostly in an academic year. We have compulsory Internships after every semester and the college helps you finding one via the internship cell. We also have course experts from the practical field to give us a better perspective of how a course works in the real life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have to study a total of 6 to 8 subjects in one semester so I would say the course structure is quite good and elaborate. I have both subjects of BA and courses related to LLB. Along with this we have Ethics as a subject and even a foreign language we can choose to study. These extra courses help in over all development. Apart from getting assessed in the theory subjects, we have to do two mandatory internships in a year for which we are marked and I believe that is really helpful to all students as internships are a must for law students. We do get enough industrial exposure although being a private college and that too a small one, we cannot get enough of everything. The faculty is quite experienced and hard working. They teach students with full dedication and they do take classes- not just sit around and take attendance. I have never come across a faculty member who went on a leave. Moreover, substitutions are provided for every subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BA LLB was the right choice because I was sure that I wanted to pursue law in the future. A five-year integrated course focuses more on the legal subjects like Torts, Constitution, Contracts etc. than History and Political Science. Symbiosis has made it compulsory for the students to do 2 internships per year so that they get a practical experience than just learning the theory. In the last two years, students can focus on paid internships that help them to get a better job after graduation. The faculty is strict but quite experienced and well versed in the subjects they teach. For every subject, two teachers are assigned so that if one is on leave, the substitute can continue. Every faculty is regular and they hardly take any leaves. If a student faces any problems with the subject, the assigned faculty takes out extra time to guide such students. The teaching method is clear and quite fun as it is filled with live examples. The term exams are not too difficult.

It is a but expensive but it worth every penny as its insfrastructure and all the facilities and environment that is provided here that gives us a quite friendly and familiar space to study and grow the fee is about 3 lakh per year
