KKCTH Admission 2024: DNB, Fees, Application Form, Eligibility

CTMRF of KKCTH offers various DNB courses offered by the National Board from 2-6 years of duration.

• DNB Paediatrics: - Candidates who have qualified MBBS are eligible to take admission for 3 years duration whereas candidates who have a DCH degree are eligible for 2 years duration.
• DNB Paediatric Surgery: - Candidates who have qualified MBBS are eligible for 6 years DNB program.
• DNB Neonatology: - Candidates who have qualified DNB/MD (Paediatrics) are eligible for 3 years DNB program.

Selection Criteria

Candidates qualifying the entrance test (NEET PG) are eligible to take part in the DNB-CET centralized counselling process.

How to Apply?

• While applying for the counselling online a candidate has to select the colleges and the course and pay the counselling registration fee of INR 2500/-.
• DNB-CET allotment is based on the NEET PG, preferences of hospitals / institutes selected by the candidate while applying for the counselling process online, seat availability in particular specialization the candidate has opted for, and reservation policy.
• After a seat is allotted a candidate has to accept it by logging in and paying the fee of INR 80,000/- via online mode through NBE online counselling portal.
• After payment biometrics and verification of documents is done at the centre.
  • MBBS Degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate
  • Permanent registration certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council
  • Internship .certificate
  • Caste certificate (if applicable, by competent authority
  • Category certificate (if applicable , by the designated authority)
  • Valid ID proof - PAN card, Indian passport, Voter ID card, Driving license, or Aadhaar card with photograph
  • Residential Proof(Optional)
• Candidates who have not been allotted any seat or if they wish to upgrade their seat can apply for next rounds of DNB-CET.

It offers various fellowship program affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University, National Board, and Indian Society Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ISPGHAN)

All the medical graduates having MD/DNB/MCh/DM qualification with Paediatrics or relevant field as specialization are eligible for the fellowship program affiliated to the different universities/institutes / societies.

KKCTH Fellowships Programme Selection Criteria

• Candidates must apply for FET (Fellowship Entrance Test).
• The result or the Merit List will be declared on the official website and can be checked using the login ID and password.
• Candidates obtaining a minimum of 50 Percentile are qualified for admission.
• Candidates are selected on the basis of Written Test conducted.
• If a candidate is shortlisted on the basis of Written Test they are called for an interview by the respective Department.
• If the candidate qualifies the interview they can now take admission to the respective college.

NBE NEET PG (DNB-CET) -2022

• Check the eligibility criteria.
• Go to the official website and register for NEET PG.
• Fill the personal and qualification details.
• Select the examination centre.
• Upload the documents

  • Left Thumb Impression
• Payment of application fees through online mode.
•  Print the confirmation form.

NBE FET 2022

• Visit the official site of National Board of Education.
• Click on FET 2022
• Click on New Registration or Login if already registered
• Then click on “New Registration”
• You will receive confirmation email and SMS on a registered mobile number with login ID and Password.
• Login using ID, Password
• Fill in the Personal, Qualification details carefully as it cannot be changed once submitted.
• Upload the required document in .jpeg format with image size not more than 80KB.

  • Scanned Signature
  • Thumb Impression
• Click on save and continue to choose the exam centre
• Pay the application fee INR 3750 for all Indian candidates by online mode (Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card)

• Application mode is Offline.
