Syllabus of ktu is very vast. First year common for all the branches. Second and third is mainly focused on core subjects fourth year is theory based paper. When goes real world application the syllabus can only give you just an outline about all of the things in th industry. If we want to get a good job or any idea about what is happening in the industry we need to study some extras.

I think the syllabus is only focusing on old things they are teaching the things that long time ago used. I completed Btech in Electrical and electronics engineering, the placement for electrical is very less and they are not providing any internship also. Exam timing of KTU is very accurate. Teachers in my college was good. Placement was less for EEE and ECE
I chose it because electronic and electrical items are eco-friendly and has great future
Fee structure in our government aided colleges are higher than that of the fees in government colleges. In our colleges fees is thirty five thousand for one sem and in government college it is eight thousand per sem.
Fee structure is of moderate one . Fees varies for the type of admission you take . If its merit seat you have to pay 35k ,for managment seats have to pay 65k and for NRI seats have to pay around 1 lakh rupees. Also they introduce different fee waiver schems also.
