Placement Experience:
The placements of Venkateswara college are sub-par and barely offer any doable roles to majority of the students. Students can sit for placements in the 5th & 6th semesters, however a majority of the students dont opt for placements and choose higher studies courses.

- Canteen - Canteen foods are little bit expensive
- Accomodation - South Delhi is too expensive

Each year placement drive is driven by the placement cell of the college. The placement is quite good. The average placement is around 4-5 LPA. The companies coming to the campus are also from their 1 and it's a good opportunity for those who looking for a job just after graduation.

The Placement Cell of the college is very active and provides various placement and internship opportunities. Many companies like Deloitte and others have come for placements. The highest offer made in the year 2020 was in the range of 16 - 19 lakhs CTC. But most Science students opt for higher studies rather than placements.
Placement Experience:
I am a first-year student who has been offered an opportunity to become part of the placement cell in the first year itself which is a big thing in itself. In the session 2019-20 cell managed to secure 150+ placements in the department of science commerce and arts. Top companies like Deloitte, PWC UK, United airlines, Boston consultants, Bank of America, Zomato, ABP network and etc. Average package stood 5.03 LPA and highest package stood 15 LPA offered by Edukey. In this session over 100 companies offered placement opportunities among them 22 companies carried outplacement in the campus and others in their offices. I am a defence aspirant and will try for CDS and AFCAT after my graduation.
Remarks:
My college life was a bag full of happiness. I met with some great teachers, made some friends for lifetime, graduated my college with good marks and a job (yes even being to course where the jobs are very specific), had some great mentors and seniors. I had some of the best part of my life in college with some great people.
