Likes
- St. Xaviers College of Management and Technology is good at all co-curricular activities, and yes, the teachers are very supportive.
- It was a great experience, and I learned a lot from working as an intern there.
Dislikes
- For various NGOs, students should not switch off their mobile phones during the horrible and boring events, as it is necessary for attendance.
- The thing I hate the most about this college is that there is too much unnecessary emphasis placed on attendance, and no research and development projects are undertaken.

- The exposure provided by the college is best in comparison to different colleges of patna.
- Presence of more than 15 clubs and committee's is key changer in students personality development.
Dislikes
- Attendance: College is very strict regarding Attendance policy. 75% Attendance is mandatory at the end of semester otherwise one have to repeat the semester.
- Hectic Schedule: College has a hectic schedule like classes starts from 9am in the morning and goes to 2 in the afternoon.
Placement Experience:
In the 5th semester the students become eligible for campus placement. Many companies like VIVO India, TCS, ICICI Bank, ITC, NISSAN visits our college for placement Highest package offered is around 10 lakhs and average package is around 4-5 lakh. About 70-80% students sittings for placement get placed. I will purse my master degree from top B-School.

- Discipline in the college was beyond expectations.
- All the faculty was very much helpful and knowledgeable
Dislikes
- Mandatory attendance is 75% and if you fail to keep up you will be asked to repeat the semester
- Less participation in game and sports teacher is just partial and doesn't do his job properly.
Placement Experience:
Placements in the college is not up to the mark.. During our academics only few companies came and not with a good package. If the students have already appeared for one interview they cannot come to the other interviews.. But many of the students and my batchmates were placed in Vedanta, Sri Sai Hospital, ICICI prudential etc.
