Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 Year Full-time B.Ed. The Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

The candidate should have passed B.A./B.Sc. with at least 50% marks in aggregate (Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST Candidates) from a recognized board.
The candidate possessing B.Sc. degree should have studied at least two of the following subjects at graduation level; Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and Mathematics.

The candidate possessing B.A. degree should have studied at least the following subjects at graduation level;

Anyone of the literature (Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, and Urdu)
Anyone of the subjects (History, Economics, Geography, Political Science)

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees are different as per the category. I am from the general category and thus my fee structure is almost 15000 per year, hostel fees are 10000, and for mess, we pay 20000 per year. It is affordable as compared to what is in the outside world. Exam fees vary from 1500-2000 rupees and the office helps to guide with scholarships and everything.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are permanent professors in the college but they hardly teach in the classes. The college appoints temporary faculty members on an annual basis, although faculty members are convincing and students regularly attend classes. The college timings are from 9 am to 5:30 pm and there is a break from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. The college is lacking in issuing a proper academic calendar, semester exams are often delayed by a month. Internships are offered to final year students in prominent schools such as Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya, and State Board Schools. The number of girls is more than boys. The courses like B.Sc, B.Ed, BA B.Ed course are four years of integrated courses. However, the college also offers a two-year B.Ed and an integrated B.Ed M.Ed three-year course. The course curriculum is relevant. The teachers follow the constructivist approach to teach.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fee structure of my college was quite affordable as relaxation was provided to students of reserved category and with weak economical backgrounds. Scholarships were also offered to students with excellent grades in examinations. My college fee per year was 4200 rupees for b.ed educational degree.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The college fee is feasible in comparison to other colleges and universities also they waive off 5% of fees for SC/ST students. It costs me around rs 27,000 for four years also the hostel fee is affordable with various amenities.
