Pre-Admission Scholarships

- Defense Personnel: Wards of Defense Personnel are awarded a scholarship of INR 50,000/- while wards of Martyr’s are awarded a scholarship of INR 1,00,000/-.
NOTE - Candidates can avail of only one of the above-mentioned pre-admission scholarships. Moreover, 50% of the scholarship will be disbursed at the end of the first year and the next 50% at the end of the second year. A candidate can avail of either a tuition fee waiver or a pre-admission scholarship.
Post-Admission Scholarships
Candidates are offered Merit Scholarships for outstanding cumulative academic performance. Additionally, IMI Bhubaneswar also awards Summer Internship Scholarship to emphasize the seriousness of summer internships and encourage the students to put in their maximum effort.
For FPM Programme
- IMI Bhubaneswar offers Scholarships to eligible candidates. A candidate will be exempted from tuition fees and will also get a stipend of INR 31,000/- per month for the first two years. The stipend will further increase to INR 35,000/- per month on completion of the course work.

For admission I applied on IMI portal where I submitted my CAT and XAT score and got shortlisted for GD and PI. The cut off is around 65-70 so I got selected and then I paid the first installment after which I started my college
Likes
- The Hostel which too comfortable with AC and Non AC both.
- Bathroom is also good , rarely there is any water related issue.
Dislikes
- College doesn't spend much of events and fests

The eligibility is 60 percentile in Cat and 75 in Cmat and also there is trimester based exams and there is 3 months gap will be provided between ending of 1st year and starting of 2nd and students will complete there Summer Internship between that tenure.

- Mess food can be improved. Some days it's good some days it's not.

The admission process was smooth. It includes a Group Discussion round followed by a Written ability test and Personal Interview. The cutoff for CAT is 70%ile. The college also accepts other entrance exams such as XAT and CMAT. There are reservation benefits as well as scholarship too.

- I loved the hostel as it has AC rooms and washing mechine room. Guards are there to take care of us.

- Attendance pressure. Sometimes it gets too much to handle.

As I study PGDM in IMI Bhubaneswar, I opted here through CMAT where I had 89.85 percentile. I applied here and then got interview call. It is a profile based college so cut off is not the only thing upon which you will be evaluated. I got PI call within a week. I had my PI . Basic questions were asked. As I am a student of English literature inwas asked about that as well. Then I had WAT where I was given a topic and I had to write immediately by sharing my screen. Within a week or so I got my call letter. Considering the brand and also residential campus I opted for it.

The eligibility criteria of the course was 60+ percentile. The application form and the various details regarding the fee structure is available in the college website. There is scholarship opportunities for the reservation class in they are in the merit list. Exams are held in or after 1 or 1.5 months interval along with the presentations. The addmission process is very smooth.
