MEC BE/B.Tech Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/B.Tech: The candidate must be pass Higher Secondary or 10+2 pattern or its equivalent with minimum eligibility percentage in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry together.
- Lateral entry in BE/B.Tech: Candidate must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Mathematics or Diploma Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering from a recognized university/ institute.
- Applications of the candidate applying for the course and are found ineligible will be cancelled.
MEC BE/B.Tech Selection Process:
- First a candidate must check for the eligibility criteria.
- If a candidate is eligible to apply for the admission into the course applies for the TNEA which is state level entrance exam conducted by Anna University every year.
- After filling the application form for TNEA appear for the entrance examination on the specified date.
- After the result is declared the Merit Cut-Offs are declared.
- If the candidate is under the Merit they will be called for counselling.
- If the candidate has applied for the college they are under merit they can now pay the fees to the college and get admission.

To work as a Lecturer or Professor one needs a doctoral degree that will take upwards of 3 to 5 years with work experience.

- The ground is too good and the ground required is good for cricket playing purpose.they also conduct matches.

- The food quality is too bad ,the way of communicating in in hostel members is too average.the food varieties are too less.
- The staff teaching too average,they teach for their earnings,they also did not give doubt.

The faculty and coordination of the teachers and the staff members in the college are too good for the students to handle. the faculty is very respectful to the students and the head of the department staff is also too good to treat the student in their way of approach.

In my childhood days, so many electrical components I would like. I repair so many electronics things. so I am choosing electrical and electronics engineering to improve my self-talent. The faculty ratio is 653 and the student ratio is 3946. Qualification of the faculty was P.hd and ME. The teaching method was the technical method and the digital method.
Fee Structure And Facilities:
I am joining the muthayammal Engineering college at 2018 and the pay by cash is accepted by the college and the college provide Atm services and there is no additional fees for students and we paid 5000 for college admission and it no provides transparency in the fees.
