The curriculum is good; it includes some mathematics. If you are inclined towards math, it will be very helpful. However, if you are not (like me), please study hard to pass the semester.
Although I had friends who were placed in good companies for internships with a good work profile and good pay.

Dislikes

The college was not supportive in this area of education, as the mentality was to offer jobs to the students.
This college does provide internships, but only to the top-ranked students in the class. The interview is merely a formality, as only the top-ranked students are chosen. Additionally, the stipend provided is considerably lower compared to other colleges.

Admission:

I got admission by giving an interview because I didn't get the good marks that were needed so my father said to give an interview and take admission to college which we can afford and it is a very affordable college.

Admission:

Students with at least 55% marks in class 12 are eligible to apply for the BMS program. Though students also have to appear for the interview round. A merit list is prepared on the basis of these details and students are granted admission into the college.

Remarks:

Not much importance is given to extra curricular activities and sports in this College. Although they have their own cricket pitch in the oval ground nearby in churchgate. Good placements. Well renowned companies visit the College for campus placements every year. The placement cell of the College is highly commendable and responsible for that. The chairperson of the cell has done his job greatly and effectively.

Remarks:

I have very possitive remarks for The Sydenham College Of Commerce and Economics. As this is the best college that I've been too both Teaching and Extra Curricular Activities. This college has also arranged the world famous TED Conference for the students for free. Thus, Anybody who is thinking of getting into this college. Get good marks, make it in the Merit Lists and you'll be very happy that you got in this Prestigious College with the heritage of more than 106 years. Being the first college of Commerce and Economics in the whole of Asia.

It is very good college located in Churchgate B-Road,Mumbai. It also provide hostel facilities to outsiders student. Provide placements & internships Extra computer courses are available with minimum fee for college students only.

One negative remark which I would like to share is my college is not so strict with the FYJC students in terms of attendance. Most of the college marks 75% compulsory attendance but my college doesn't supports or obeys that.

Remarks:

Overall I can rate this college a 8 out of 10. One point less for the internship structure as it is only guides the ranker's and 1 point less for the canteen facilities as I once saw very unhygenic condition of the guys who cook the food.

College management is good. All teaching and non teaching staff are excellent and very helpful. They helped students in each and every manner. Even if there is a college Festival, NSS camp or any cultural event.

Infrastructure was good. Canteen facility was average but can be better. Location is very good as it is close to marine drive and crowd control was very good with proper discipline.
